izmoTeleTrak offers a web based sign-up process which is intuitive and easy. Clients can sign-up and get their toll-free numbers instantly. These toll-free phone numbers will be active as soon as the signup process is completed.
 
Can I transfer my existing toll-free numbers to izmoTeleTrak?
Yes, Clients can transfer their existing toll-free numbers to izmoTeleTrak. These numbers will become active as soon as the earlier service provider releases them to izmoTeleTrak.
 
How do I configure my "Ring-To" Number?
Clients are provided with a web based admin interface which offers the facility to route their toll-free numbers instantly to any number within the United States.
 
How do I manage my izmoTeleTrak account?
izmoTeleTrak offers full web access to client accounts inside their individual admin interfaces. Clients can access their accounts anytime, and from anywhere.
 
How do I access caller details?
Clients can access the phone number of everyone who calls through a web based admin interface. They can also download these contact numbers into Contact Manager Software, such as Outlook, Act, etc.
 
In addition, clients who subscribe to izmoTeleTrak premium services will be able to look up the white pages info of everyone who calls.
 
How do I access call records?
Clients can view the entire call record online, as soon as a call is complete. Even if clients miss a call, they will be able to see the Caller-ID online and call them back.
 
Call records indicate the Time, Caller-ID, Dialed-Number, "Ring-To" number, Duration, and Cost.
 
Can I record incoming calls?
Yes. The izmoTeleTrak quality monitoring system monitors every phone number and every "forward-to" number and allows the incoming calls to be recorded. Customers can log in to their individual accounts and access these recordings.
